We are a small friendly RV community. We offer month-to-month rental spaces. Wifi is available in the area but not provided as Park amenity. WAVE/Astound broadbandis available.
We do not have shower or laundry on-site.

We accept 2000 or newer RVs.
RV must be registered in tenant's name.
We do not accept live in motor-homes or modified buses.
Solid background check required.

Space rates vary due to location, and size.
Rates start at $600 monthly for smaller sizes. Some spaces have tenant-pay-electric, and some spaces have the electric fee included in rate.
